Seeds of Wisdom South Sudan is Seeking Your Support!

These are some of the happy and grateful students served by Seeds of Wisdom in South Sudan education program.   This photo was taken by Fr. Jerry Mahon, in April, 2023 on a recent visit with Fr. John Lasuba, while visiting the refugee camps in Uganda, where the students and their families had to flee for their safety. Unfortunately the school building that our organization constructed in Yeh, South Sudan with the funding support from you has been temporarily closed due to the eruption of violence in the region, but the students remain in great spirits, full of energy and with a strong desire to keep learning.

Younger students like these are being taught by our SOW Educators while in refugee camps where they can gather in one of 5 groups/camps. The support from people like yourself in our parishes continue to provide the necessary support to give the gift of Education that changes the lives of these children and their families forever.   Once the children complete elementary grades in the camp schools, they can go on to secondary boarding schools if they have passed their required testing.  This takes significant support and the needs of the students are served through sponsorship of individual students.

Option One.
$3,995.00 covers 4 years of Secondary Boarding School Support
– tuition cost includes 4 years tuition and supplies* for 1 student.

*Mattress, uniforms, shoes, books, pencils/pens, mosquito nets, bed sheets, blanket, basin to wash, towels, calculator, and ruler.

OR

Option 2.
$1,192 for year one; includes 3 trimesters tuition and supplies**

Option 3.
$921.00 for Year two, Year three, or Year four;  includes 3 trimesters tuition and supplies**

** Soap, toothpaste, spoons, forks, toilet paper, sugar, underwear, flashlight, and pajamas.

Option 4.
$578.00  for first Trimester, Year One*; Includes one trimester tuition and supplies.

$307.00 for each additional trimester years, one through four: Includes one trimester of tuition and supplies**
